Crafted each spring from maple sap collected from mountain sugarbush and boiled over a wood fired evaporator, this organic maple syrup has become known for its unique flavor and unrivaled quality. Select batches of lightest maple syrup are used to produce this organic maple sugar. Every drop of the organic maple syrup is boiled, filtered and crafted into sugar by hand in a sugarhouse.
